Job Title: Senior Accounts & Finance Professional

UCAL Group is a global trading company dealing in genuine automotive parts, with offices and warehouses in India, UK, Dubai, and Singapore. The role requires solid expertise in multicountry finance operations, banking, currencies, statutory compliance, and ERPbased financial management. This is a senior executive management level position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Accounts & Finance operations for India and international entities (UK, Dubai, Singapore).
- Oversee bookkeeping, GL management, reconciliations, monthend and yearend closing.
- Handle multicountry banking, including forex transactions, remittances, currency conversions, and treasury operations.
- Manage bank limits, LC/BG, OD/CC, and coordinate with multiple banks across regions.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, Customs, and international accounting standards.
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and coordinate with auditors across countries.
- Oversee Zoho Books / ERP operations, ensuring accurate data entry, system controls, and process automation.
- Manage inventory finance, stock valuation, ageing, and costing for automotive parts across global warehouses.




- Prepare and present MIS reports: cash flow, fund flow, profitability, inventory ageing, debtor/creditor ageing, budget vs actual.
- Handle export/import documentation including shipping bills, BOE, BL, LC negotiation, and customs compliance.
- Liaise with overseas teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team at HO Chennai.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in multicountry finance operations.
- Handson expertise in Zoho Books / ERP.
- Deep knowledge of automotive trading, inventory finance, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of forex, treasury, LC/BG, bank limits.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Candidate Profile
- MCOM/MBA/ CA with Minumum 15-20 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in automotive or trading industries preferred.
- Exposure to international subsidiaries and multicurrency operations.
- High integrity, ownership, and leadership capability.
- Chennaibased or willing to relocate.
