With dedicated processing infrastructure, stringent food safety standards, and expanding global shipments, we maintain high-velocity international trade operations. We are looking for a skilled Accounts & Finance professional to strengthen our trade finance, foreign currency accounting, and export banking functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting, export trade finances, and foreign currency transactions. The ideal candidate has direct experience handling export-related statutory compliance, foreign exchange (Forex) rate management, and trade documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing/export environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Forex & Treasury Management: Monitor daily USD/INR exchange rate fluctuations, manage forward contracts, handle EEFC accounts, and optimize foreign currency realization.
- Export Documentation & Banking: Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Direct Export Bills, Bank Realization Certificates (e-BRC), EDPMS/IDPMS reconciliation, and export credit facilities (Packing Credit / PCFC).
- Export Incentives & Schemes: Manage filings and reconciliations for export benefits (e.g., RoDTEP, Duty Drawback,



GST export refunds/LUT).
- Core Accounting: Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and maintain accurate cost-center reporting for seafood procurement and processing units.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory filings relevant to export businesses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare Monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, inventory valuation adjustments, and assist with statutory audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Inter CA, Inter CMA, or MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core accounts experience, with at least 2+ years in an export-oriented business (prior experience in seafood, agro-commodities, or perishable goods is strongly preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of export accounting standards and Forex gain/loss booking.
- Proficiency in accounting ERPs (Tally Prime, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Direct experience dealing with authorized dealer banks for inward export remittances.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
