We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Import & Export accounting, GST, TDS, and manufacturing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Manage Import & Export related accounting and documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and verify purchase, sales, import/export, and journal entries.
- Manage vendor/customer ledger, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with banks, CHA, vendors, customers, and internal departments for import/export transactions.
- Prepare monthly closing reports, MIS reports, and other management reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
- Support audits and provide required financial documents.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts.




- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Import & Export accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in manufacturing companies handling Import & Export transactions will be preferred.
