Orem Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is establishing a current business focused on the sourcing, aggregation and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables (both conventional and organic) across multiple states in India.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional especially with agriculture background experience to build and manage the finance, accounting and commercial control framework for this new business vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting:

- Establish accounting systems, workflows and Chart of Accounts.
- Manage books of accounts, AP, AR and bank reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow, MIS, monthly management accounts and profitability analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.

Procurement & Sales Accounting:
- Manage accounting for farmer, aggregator and trader purchases.
- Oversee purchase verification, quantity/rate reconciliation, freight and procurement costs.
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, credit control and customer reconciliations.




- Analyse customer and product profitability.

GST & Statutory Compliance:
- Oversee GST accounting, returns, ITC reconciliation, e-way bills and e-invoicing.
- Manage TDS and support income-tax compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

Inventory & Commercial Controls:
- Manage inventory, warehouse and collection-centre accounting.
- Oversee stock reconciliation, valuation, wastage/shrinkage and costing.
- Develop margin and commercial analysis.

Systems & Process Development:
- Work with the software team to design accounting workflows, reports and approval processes.
- Develop SOPs for procurement, sales, payments, collections and inventory.
- Establish approval matrices, financial controls, audit trails and fraud-prevention mechanisms.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurgaon, Haryana
