We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who has strong practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software and can independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete accounting work using BUSY Accounting Software.
- Manage GST, TDS and Reconciliation activities.
- Handle Sales & Purchase Accounting and maintain all party accounts.
- Maintain Payment & Receipt Books and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Maintain and reconcile party-wise ledgers.
- Handle Bank & Cash Accounting and Reconciliation.
- Maintain and record all types of Business Expenses under appropriate Expense Heads.
- Handle Yearly GST/Tax-related Filings and other statutory compliances.
- Assist with Books Finalization and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate and provide necessary support for Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing and Audit.
- Prepare required documents, data and reports for CA and Audit requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with CA, auditors, internal accounting team and other staff members.
- Support the internal team in resolving accounting, reconciliation and documentation-related issues.
- Ensure books of accounts are accurate, updated and properly maintained.




- Prepare accounting reports and statements as required by management.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities independently with accuracy and responsibility.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Practical working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Reconciliation, Yearly Filings and Books Finalization.
- Knowledge of ITR Filing and Audit-related work.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt and Expense Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Ledger Maintenance and Bank Reconciliation.
- Valuable knowledge of different Expense Heads and their accounting treatment.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate professionally with CA, auditors, internal teams and other staff.
- E-commerce Accounting experience will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities.
