Hiring: Sr.Accounting Professional – Accounts & Payroll

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Professional with strong knowledge of Quickbooks, Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing, and Vendor Management.

Position: Accounting Skilled

Night Shift- 5PM- 2AM (Work from Office) No cab Facility

Experience: 2-5 Years in Accounts & Payroll Quickbooks

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounting and payroll activities.
- Prepare payroll and tax reports.
- Collect, verify, and post weekly and monthly timesheets in QuickBooks.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Maintain weekly invoicing status reports.
- Follow up on pending and overdue invoices.
- Send payment reminder emails based on invoice due dates.




- Track and follow up on client payments and outstanding receivables.
- Handle vendor management and maintain vendor records.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve accounting, invoicing, and payment issues.

Required Skills ✅ 2-5 years of Accounting & Payroll experience

✅ Required QuickBooks

✅ Experience in invoicing and accounts receivable

✅ Strong knowledge of timesheet and payroll processing

✅ Excellent communication and follow-up skills

✅ Strong attention to detail

Pay: ₹14,395.80 - ₹35,688.41 per month
