Position: Senior Accountant (US Accounting)

- Overall Accounting Experience Required.

Shift : Night: (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Experience : Minimum 4 Years (No Exception) with US Clients.

Mandatory Requirements (NO Exception):

- Excellent communication skills to deal with and work with US clients directly.
- Overall accounting knowledge and minimum 3 years of accounting experience with US clients.
- Experience with inter-company reconciliation and Tax Audit is Mandatory.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant at MorSer Solutions.

The Senior

Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, doing inter-company reconciliation, analyzing tax audit data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. Our accountant role requires solid accounting experience combined with strong organizational and analytical skills. We are looking for a self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to multitask effectively without sacrificing attention to detail.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:





· Responsible for the month and quarter-end close process for each of our division.

· Journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals.

· Planned and ensured structured P&L; and Balance Sheet reviews with functional teams

· Compile and analyze general ledger detail to prepare entries to accounts and document business transactions

· Correction journal & reclassification/relocation journal

· Assist in internal & external audits (annual audit process and other tax reporting processes)

· Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies

· Perform month-end and year-end close processes

· Work closely with the accounting department to transparent technical matters, report monthly and quarterly accounting updates

· Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) departments

· Reconcile the inventory costing difference – actual vs accrued and investigate the differences.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· 4-5 years of Overall accounting, reconciliation, Tax Audit, financial reporting, and analysis experience; Recent public accounting experience is a plus.

· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, pivot reporting, VLOOKUP, advanced charting, advanced formulas)

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong client service orientation.
