Position: Senior Accountant – Construction Company
Location: Gurugram, Haryana | Work from Office
Experience: 6–10 years, preferably with construction/infrastructure/contracting experience.
Candidate should be robust in:
- Complete day-to-day accounting and finalization of books
- GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation, ITC, e-invoicing/e-way bills, RCM, GST notices
- TDS/TCS: calculations, payments, quarterly returns and reconciliation
- Income Tax and assessment-related documentation
- PF/EPF and ESIC: monthly calculations, challans, returns and employee records
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Labour-law compliance applicable to construction/manpower
- Minimum Wages, wage registers and statutory records
- Payroll processing and salary reconciliation
- Contractor/subcontractor billing and compliance
- Construction project-wise accounting and costing
- WIP, material/labour costs and project profitability
- Vendor/customer reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Tally Prime/ERP and advanced Excel
- Monthly MIS, cash-flow and management reporting
- Audit coordination and liaison with CA/tax consultants
- Handling GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and other departmental notices
