Key Responsibilities

- Taxation & Filings:
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and handle GST reconciliations (2A/2B vs books).
- Prepare computation of income and timely filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for entities/individuals.
- Manage TDS/TCS calculations, timely deduction, challan payments, and quarterly filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).
- Bookkeeping & Accounting:
- Maintain end-to-end daily books of accounts using accounting software (Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Busy).
- Manage accounts payable (vendor bills/payments), accounts receivable, invoicing, and petty cash.
- Conduct weekly/monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliations.
- Statutory Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure full adherence to local and central statutory legal regulations (ROC compliances, MSME, PF/ESIC if applicable).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits, assessments, and notice handling.




- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or semi-qualified CA/CMA Inter.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on accounting and taxation experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sumifs), and government tax portals (GST & Income Tax e-Filing portals).
- Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation laws, statutory due dates, and accounting standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
