Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month, based on experience, knowledge, and handling capacity

Team: Will lead a team of 3 members

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably with strong exposure to LED Lights / Electrical Manufacturing and Export Operations.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling the company's complete accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, export-related accounting, and compliance activities with minimum supervision and without recurring queries.

The selected candidate will take complete ownership of the finance and accounting function and will lead and supervise a team of 3 members.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle complete accounting activities for a manufacturing company.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Have strong knowledge of GST compliance and GST Return filing.
- Independently prepare and file GST Returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, compliance, reconciliation, and TDS Return filing independently.
- Handle Export-related accounting and documentation with good practical knowledge of export transactions.
- Manage accounting related to sales, purchases, inventory, production, expenses, receivables, payables, and banking.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, customers, suppliers, and statutory authorities when required.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and proper maintenance of financial records.
- Perform GST, TDS, ledger, bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Provide accurate financial information and reports to management.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently.
- Lead, guide, and supervise a 3-member accounts team.
- Take complete responsibility for the accounting function and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Mandatory Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of LED Lights / Electrical Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Export Accounting and Export Documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of GST Returns and GST Compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of TDS Returns and TDS Compliance.
- Candidate must have solo filing capability for GST and TDS returns.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 – Full/Advanced Knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with FOCUS ERP Software is required/preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory, production costing, and financial controls.
- Ability to independently handle the complete accounts function without frequent supervision.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

Salary ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month

- Relevant experience
- Manufacturing industry exposure
- Export knowledge
- GST & TDS handling capability
- Tally ERP 9 and FOCUS ERP expertise
- Team-handling ability
- Overall independent handling capacity

Candidates who can independently manage the complete accounts and taxation function will be given preference. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
