Senior Accounts Manager

Job Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 per month

Experience: 5+ years in Accounting & Finance

Qualification: MBA (Accounts/Finance) / CA

Reporting To: CFO & Founder

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to manage the company’s accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in team handling and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS and management reports for the CFO and Founder.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.




- Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management.

Requirements
- MBA in Accounts/Finance or CA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proven team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
