We are looking for a Senior Sales & GTM Leader based remotely in India to own and drive the revenue engine for Clearout.io and ClearoutPhone.io. You will be fully accountable for hitting our global ARR and credit sales targets.
We already have a robust, functioning sales automation infrastructure in place. Your job is not to build tools but to lead the strategy, close Mid-Market and Enterprise deals, monetize current product features, and mentor a junior sales operator to maintain peak pipeline efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Own the Revenue Quota: Take complete ownership of global quarterly revenue targets across our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Mid-Market & Enterprise Closing: Drive the full sales cycle for high-value prospects (agencies, SaaS companies, and Data sellers). Conduct technical product demos, handle objections around API latency/integrations, and navigate corporate compliance (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR).
- GTM Strategy & Product Launch Alignment: Partner with the product team to design automated outbound/upsell playbooks whenever new Clearout features or products are released.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, train, and upscale a Junior Sales Associate who will be responsible for running the technical automation data flows.
Requirements & Skillset
- Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales or account executive experience, handling global markets (US/EU) from India.
- Technical Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of email deliverability, data hygiene, and API ecosystems. You must be comfortable talking tech with VPs of Growth and Engineering leads.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work a shifted schedule (e.g., late afternoons/nights IST) to run live demos and close deals with Western clients.
