We are hiring Accountant for US staffing in Hyderabad location ( Night shifts ) work from office.
Required Skills
310 years of experience in US IT Staffing Accounting / Finance Operations.
Solid understanding of US staffing payroll, billing and accounting processes.
Experience with W2, 1099 and C2C transactions.
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing and collections.
Hands-on experience with timesheet and payroll reconciliation.
Good understanding of US accounting practices.
Strong MS Excel skills VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas and reconciliation.
Experience with accounting/ERP tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or similar platforms is preferred.
Experience with Bullhorn, VMS or ATS systems is an added advantage.
