Job Requirements :
- Must have skills Perform provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise applications.
Review and validate access requests for completeness, approvals, RBAC alignment, and policy compliance
Solid communication and stakeholder coordination
Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA platforms, Active Directory, ServiceNow or equivalent.
Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, Least Privilege, SoD, PAM.
Ability to monitor/perform operational metrics and SLA performance.
Execute access activities using approved IAM tools while maintaining HIPAA, SOX, and organizational compliance.
