We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their education and career. The Academic Counselor will counsel students regarding courses, programs, admissions, career pathways, and academic progress while maintaining robust relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic interests, strengths, goals, and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions and follow up with prospective and existing students.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses or programs based on their interests and qualifications.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, email, and online communication.
- Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, student interactions, and admissions leads.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
- Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment and conversion.
- Organize or participate in seminars, orientation programs, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate academic guidance when required.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.




- Achieve assigned counseling and admission-related targets where applicable.
- Stay updated on educational programs, admission policies, industry trends, and career opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in academic counseling, student counseling, admissions, education, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
