JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Academic Coordinators to join our Perinthalmanna branch. The role involves coordinating academic activities, supporting students and faculty, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day academic operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate daily academic activities and schedules.
- Communicate with students, parents, faculty, and the branch team.
- Maintain student records, attendance, schedules, and academic documentation.
- Coordinate classes, sessions, examinations, and other academic activities.
- Assist faculty members with academic requirements and scheduling.
- Handle student queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Maintain and update academic data using computer systems.




- Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and management.
- Support the branch team in day-to-day administrative and academic activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: Degree and above.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: 23 years and above.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
