We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualiser to create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentations for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models and realistic renders of residential and commercial projects.

- Develop exterior and interior 3D visualisations based on architectural drawings.

- Convert 2D architectural plans into accurate 3D models.

- Prepare interior, exterior, façade, landscape, and walkthrough visualisations.

- Create realistic lighting, textures, materials, furniture, and environments.

- Prepare high-quality renders for client presentations and marketing purposes.

- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Teams.

- Understand design concepts and convert them into visually appealing 3D presentations.

- Make revisions based on client and management feedback.

- Ensure all 3D models and renders are completed within project timelines.

- Maintain an organised library of 3D models, materials, textures, and project files.

- Support the sales and marketing team with project visuals when required.

Required Software Skills

- 3ds Max

- V-Ray / Corona Renderer

- SketchUp

- Lumion / Enscape

- AutoCAD

- Photoshop

- Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–5 years in 3D Visualisation / Architectural Visualisation.

- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good software skills may also be considered.

- Candidates with residential construction or interior project experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,498.57 - ₹75,952.67 per month
