- Concept DevelopmentConceptualize and design high-quality visual creatives for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.Create event branding assets including stage backdrops, event collaterals, standees, signage, invitations, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client objectives, event themes, and brand guidelines.Translate client briefs into visually engaging designs with strong storytelling and creative impact.Branding &
- Marketing CommunicationDesign social media creatives, digital advertisements, emailers, marketing campaigns, and promotional content.Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication and design deliverables.Create visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate key messages and enhance audience engagement.Collaboration &
- Project ExecutionCollaborate closely with Client Servicing, Production, Operations, and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for event concepts and brand experiences.Coordinate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate execution of creative assets.Design Standards &
- Quality ControlApply strong design principles including typography, color theory, layout,



composition, and visual hierarchy.Ensure all artwork is production-ready and meets quality standards before final release.Maintain organized design files, artwork versions, and project documentation for effective workflow management.Industry Trends &
- InnovationStay updated with emerging design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.Continuously explore new creative techniques and design approaches relevant to the events and experiential marketing industry.Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of all creative requirements in a fast-paced event environment.Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, typography, and layout design.Excellent creative visualization and conceptual thinking abilities.Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in an Event Management Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, or Experiential Marketing Industry will be preferred.Experience designing event branding, stage graphics, exhibition creatives, and marketing collaterals.Understanding of print production processes and event branding applications will be an added advantage.Key CompetenciesCreativity &
