We are a professional consulting and talent acquisition firm , engaged by our clients to identify, assess and onboard the right professionals for their organisations.

We are currently assisting one of our clients, a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm with a strong practice in Indirect Tax, GST, Audit and Advisory , in identifying a suitable professional for a Managerial / Leadership position .

? The Role

We are looking for a professional who can lead teams, review assignments, manage client relationships and drive execution .

This is not a role limited to individual execution. The ideal candidate should have the mindset of a Manager/Leader , with the ability to take ownership, guide teams and ensure quality delivery.

? Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor work across GST, Indirect Tax, Audit, Accounts & TDS

- Ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely and meet the firm's expected quality standards
- Allocate work, monitor deadlines and ensure proper follow-up
- Ensure team members take ownership of their assignments
- Monitor client communication and ensure clients are regularly updated on status and timelines
- Handle and guide the team on complex technical and execution matters
- Act as the first level of escalation for team and client issues

• Identify recurring errors and implement systems, checklists and review mechanisms to improve quality

- Train, guide and mentor junior team members

• Provide Partners with a clear view of pending, delayed, critical and high-risk assignments

• Assist in building SOPs,



review systems and processes as the firm continues to grow

? Who Are We Looking For?

Preferred Qualification:

- CA Inter / CA Dropout
- 5+ years of meaningful experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm The right candidate should have:

• Strong practical exposure to GST & Indirect Tax

- Experience in reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members
- Good client-handling and communication skills
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to independently identify problems and drive them to closure

• Ability to guide and lead a team rather than simply execute assignments

- Maturity to take responsibility and hold team members accountable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

⭐ Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the mindset of a Manager/Leader — not just an Individual Contributor.

? Compensation

₹50,000 per month

- Performance-linked annual bonus of ₹50,000+

Compensation can be discussed based on experience and suitability. ? Long-Term Career Opportunity

This is not envisaged as a routine managerial position .

For the right skilled who demonstrates strong technical capability, leadership, ownership and alignment with the firm's vision, there is a long-term opportunity to grow into a Junior Partner / Associate Partner role with the client organisation.

Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
