Role Description The Selenium Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver classroom and lab-based training programs on Selenium and related automation testing tools, following NareshIT’s curriculum and quality standards.

Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, examples, and real-time project scenarios; conducting interactive sessions; evaluating learner performance; and providing guidance on best practices in test automation. The role involves updating course content to align with the latest versions of Selenium and associated technologies,



offering mentoring support for interview preparation and placements, and collaborating with the academic team to improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit) and hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
- Solid understanding of core Java or another object-oriented programming language used with Selenium, including OOP concepts, exception handling, collections, and basic design patterns.
- Practical knowledge of software testing concepts such as functional, regression, integration, and UI testing, along with familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with tools and practices commonly used in automation projects, such as version control (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to develop structured training content, including lesson plans, exercises, assignments, and real-world project case studies tailored to beginner and advanced learners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, accessible manner.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor in test automation or related software development areas is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software testing and automation.
