Role Description The Playwright Automation Trainer is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering high-quality training on Playwright test automation tools and frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include designing and conducting classroom sessions, creating structured training materials, demos, and hands-on labs to teach Playwright concepts, scripting, and best practices. The trainer will guide learners through real-time automation scenarios, help them implement Playwright for web and API testing, and provide mentoring, doubt clarification, and performance feedback.





The role also involves updating course content to align with industry trends, collaborating with other trainers to improve curricula, and supporting placement-focused training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Playwright automation, including test scripting, framework setup, and execution across different browsers and environments.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in designing automation test cases, implementing test suites, and integrating Playwright with CI/CD pipelines and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar programming languages used in Playwright-based automation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, create structured training materials, and conduct interactive classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with software testing principles, QA methodologies, and industry best practices in test automation.
- Relevant experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor in test automation, along with prior work in real-time projects, is highly beneficial.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, patience in mentoring learners, and willingness to work in office at Hyderabad are required.
