Security Supervisor / Site Supervisor

- Supervise and manage a team of 10 Security Guards at the assigned site.

- Monitor MyGate app operations, including visitor entries, staff attendance, and gate logs.

- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping related to site operations.

- Maintain attendance sheets, shift rosters, and employee registers.

- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.

- Conduct regular briefings and inspections to ensure discipline, alertness, and proper security practices.

- Support the site team with administrative activities and client communication.

- Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures within the premises.

- Coordinate with management for manpower planning, replacements, and staff requirements.

- Monitor the overall performance and discipline of security personnel.





- Address routine site-level operational issues and coordinate with management when required.

- Salary: ₹22,000 per month + Advantages

Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

- Experience: 1–3 years in Security / Facility Management

- MyGate App Knowledge: Mandatory

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

- Physically fit and capable of independently managing site operations.

- Good administrative, documentation, and reporting skills.
