Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft 365 Workplace Conditional Access Expert to design, implement, govern, and continuously enhance enterprise Conditional Access solutions. The role focuses on securing Microsoft 365 access through risk-based controls, Zero Trust principles, and identity security, while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Conditional Access policies.

- Govern and continuously optimize M365 access controls.
- Manage MFA, device compliance, identity and risk-based policies.
- Drive Zero Trust security initiatives across the workplace workplace.
- Collaborate with IAM, Endpoint, Cyber Security and Workplace teams.
- Troubleshoot access issues and assess policy impact.
- Define security standards, governance and best practices.
- Act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 access policies.
