Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based in Chhatapur.

The Security

Officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, control access to facilities, and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets.

Responsibilities include operating security systems such as CCTV and access control, conducting regular inspections of premises, and responding promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. The role also involves documenting security events, preparing incident reports, supporting investigations,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with company policies and applicable safety standards.

The Security

Officer will participate in periodic drills and training, and may assist in briefing employees on security procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong observation, situational awareness, and risk assessment skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in incident reporting, documentation, and basic use of security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control systems).
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess the ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions in emergencies, and follow established safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess a high level of reliability, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or facility protection is preferred.
- Relevant training or certification in security operations or occupational safety is an advantage.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, stand or walk for extended periods, and meet site-specific physical requirements.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and use of security systems; familiarity with corporate or industrial environments is beneficial.
