Key :

- Overall responsibility of maintenance of Engineering Services related to Tablet, Capsule Soft Capsule, Hard Capsule, pellets manufacturing and packing sections.
- Manufacturing section includes Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capule filling and Packaging Section. In absence of other area section in charge will handle the engineering services for that area.
- Weekly preventive maintenance, scheduling, planning, execution personnel attendance, guidance, re-port generation.
- Manpower & material availability Planning & implementation. Internal department policy frame out, decision through authority & implementation.
- Organize for validation of all equipment and its various accessories scheduling / planning, execution, report generation.
- Play a lead role in development jobs/ modifications related to day-to-day activities and for higher productivity, for new equipment requirement - conceptualization, vendor selection, freezing tech. specifications, inspection, installation & qualification of equipment.
- New installation of equipment, reinstallation of old equipment and problem solving related to new equipment already installed at new site and the work left by other engineering.
- Identify areas for technical up-gradation,



digitalization and process improvements and monitor implementation through the structured improvement plans.
- De-commissioning of equipment
- Engineering stores – purchase planning based on stock, receiving of materials, sometime quality checking and approval, indenting procedure, procurement, authorization of individual indents, budgeting, local vendor development, price negotiation, finalization of vendor specific parts / components.
- Review of bills, labor job, follow up with manufacturer, vendor, and other departments.
- Verification of new documents related to new requirements, as per current formats & as per cGMP requirement.
- On the job training to various field staff from time to time.
- EHS operation includes environment, Health and safety across the plant.
- Ensuring audit documentation for internal and external audits.
- Review of incidents, deviations, root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Imparting SOP’s and cGMP trainings.
- Responsible for attending day-to-day Problems, adhering to cGMP practices in aforesaid areas.

Requirements: Qualification : BE/ B Tech Mechanical/Electrical

Total Years of Experience : 13 to 20 Years

Experience / Exposure in: Process equipment -Pharma equipments. - OSD plant
