- Inprocess rejection analysis (CMM / Gear tester etc.)

- Glass wall &

- Jomm meeting data preparation

- Process & product audit as per plan

- Monitoring of Internal deviations status & actions

- Process verification with control plan, Process audit conduct

- Kaktora &

- Pokayoke verification

- Inprocess rejection analysis & decided action plan

- Data preparation for Asaichi meeting, Glass wall &

- Jomm Meeting

- Chronic issue investigation & countermeasure

- Inspection procedure making

- Maintain the sorting records
