2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, D2C growth, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Experience working on D2C/FMCG/consumer brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Experience working with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of the complete acquisition ® website ® conversion ® repeat purchase funnel.
- Comfortable managing budgets and taking ownership of business outcomes rather than just campaign execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a solid bias towards experimentation and execution.
