About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Accountant with strong hands-on experience in US accounting, US GAAP and SEC financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting SEC filings, financial statements, disclosures, technical accounting, consolidation and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and support SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K.
- Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support consolidation and financial reporting activities.
- Research technical accounting matters.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Support internal controls over financial reporting.




- Assist with XBRL and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Identify process improvements within financial reporting activities.

Key Software Workiva, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, BlackLine, OneStream, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Power BI.

Accounting & Compliance Knowledge

US GAAP, SEC Reporting, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Financial Statements, Financial Disclosures, Technical Accounting, Consolidation, General Ledger, Internal Controls, Audit Support and XBRL.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field.
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or relevant qualification preferred.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work from office in Sector 90, Noida.
