Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and lead generation for Urbanrise’s digital properties.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, managing link-building initiatives, and monitoring performance through web analytics tools. The SEO Manager will collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, optimize landing pages, and ensure alignment with broader digital marketing goals. The role also involves reporting on SEO performance,



identifying new growth opportunities, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify optimization opportunities and target relevant search terms.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Link Building to improve domain authority and enhance organic rankings.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, analyze user behavior, and measure the impact of SEO initiatives.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Marketing to integrate SEO with broader campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation strategies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and familiarity with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices is highly preferred.
