Role Description The Search Engine Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize paid search campaigns on major platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, creating and refining ad copy, setting up and monitoring campaigns, and adjusting bids and budgets to achieve performance targets. The role also involves analyzing web analytics data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI.



Collaboration with marketing and content teams to align SEM strategy with broader digital marketing initiatives is expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, with practical experience in performance-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and managing Paid Search Campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is an advantage but not required.
