Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of leading SAFe Agile teams in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile adoption, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking delivery metrics,

managing dependencies, and enabling high-performing teams.

Strong expertise in creating,maintaining, and analyzing JIRA dashboards, reports, and Agile metrics is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews,Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
- Lead and coach Agile teams in alignment with Protected Agile principles and practices.
- Partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
- Track sprint progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
- Support Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity within teams.
- Ensure adherence to Agile governance, delivery standards, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor team performance through Agile metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Banking Domain Requirements Minimum 5+ years of Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Experience working on:

Wealth Management

- Regulatory & Compliance Programs
- Familiarity with banking delivery processes, governance, and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs. Understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating distributed global teams.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation programs (AWS/Azure).
- Experience working with vendor and client stakeholders.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
- SAFe Agilist (SA)
- PMI-ACP

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to Have

- Agile transformation experience.
- Experience mentoring junior Scrum Masters.
- Expertise in Agile metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI integrated with JIRA.
- Experience in large Banking digital transformation programs.

Notice period : Immediate to 15-30 days ONLY.

Candidates serving Notice period will be preferred.

Graduation score should be 60% & above
