Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and demonstrate leadership in fostering a high-performing, cross-functional team environment.

The Scrum

Master will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the team is delivering high-quality products efficiently while maintaining Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring active participation and adherence to Scrum practices.

- Team Coaching: Provide guidance to the team on Agile practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

- Remove Obstacles: Proactively identify and help resolve blockers that hinder the team's progress, escalating when necessary.

- Collaboration: Foster collaboration among team members and between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

- Metrics Reporting: Track and report on sprint progress, burn-down charts, velocity, and other key Agile metrics to ensure transparency.

- Continuous Improvement: Encourage and drive a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and adaptive changes in processes.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the development team and product owner,



ensuring that the team's work aligns with stakeholder expectations and priorities.

- Promote Agile Culture: Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, promoting Agile maturity and awareness.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and work with the team to mitigate them early in the process.

- Facilitate Team Health: Monitor the well-being of the team, ensuring that the workload is balanced, and addressing any concerns to promote a healthy work environment.

Requirements

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PSM).

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile workplace.

- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.

- Ability to manage conflict, promote collaboration, and build trust within teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
