Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Scrum/Agile practices and foster an Agile culture.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and facilitate cross-team coordination.
- Support the Product Manager with release planning and delivery.
- Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and open communication.
- Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and goal setting.
- Drive continuous improvement and team performance.




- Maintain Agile tracking through JIRA/Agile boards.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Agile experience, with 7+ years overall experience preferred.
- At least 1 successfully delivered project as a Scrum Master.
- Experience delivering 3+ technical projects in software development/project management.
- Robust knowledge of User Stories, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- CSM/PSM or relevant Scrum certification is a plus.
