Working Mode: 6 days’ work from office (2nd & 3rd Saturday Off)
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT.
At least 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Functional Project Manager role for NBFC with through understanding in LOS / LMS / Collection management system.
Skill Requirements
Technical Competencies o Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools.
o Good understanding of .Net based application with SQL experience.
o Good understanding of API integration.
o Well verse about change management tool.

Preference will be given to candidates with profession certifications Agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) & SAFe certification o Good communication and documentation skills.
