About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to facilitate Agile practices and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects.

The Scrum

Master will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum principles, removing impediments, improving team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilites

- Facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

- Guide and coach cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, practices, and values.

- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning.

- Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments that may impact the team's progress or delivery timelines.

- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, delivery commitments, risks, and dependencies.

- Ensure transparency and effective communication between development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and management.

- Support teams in improving productivity, collaboration, accountability, and overall Agile maturity.

- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing effective solutions.

- Help manage and resolve conflicts within teams while fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.





- Ensure Agile and Scrum practices are effectively followed and adapted based on project and business requirements.

- Track project delivery, milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate critical issues when required.

- Support multiple Agile teams and projects simultaneously, where required.

- Prepare and maintain relevant Agile metrics, reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, ownership, and high-performance within teams.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project delivery role.

- Robust knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery processes.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to identify and remove blockers and manage project risks and dependencies effectively.

- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Experience managing multiple teams or projects will be an added advantage.

- Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.
