Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer role based in Jaipur.

The Script

Writer will develop explicit, engaging scripts and screenplays for real estate marketing videos, client presentations, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching project requirements, collaborating with the marketing and video production teams, drafting and revising scripts, and ensuring that messaging aligns with ChartGroup’s brand and client-first philosophy. The role involves adapting complex real estate concepts into accessible narratives,



maintaining a consistent tone across content, and meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.

The Script

Writer will participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on storyboards and video concepts to support high-quality visual content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for various formats and platforms.
- Candidates should possess experience in creating Screenplays and narrative structures suitable for video content.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including clarity, coherence, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes to effectively collaborate with production teams.
- Strong command of written English and the ability to tailor tone and style to different audiences.
- Relevant experience in marketing, media, or real estate storytelling is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Media, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
