We are looking for an experienced SCM Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics

365 Business Central who can independently handle end-to-end SCM implementations, requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics

365 Business Central/NAV and a good understanding of supply chain processes across inventory, warehouse, production, sales, and purchase functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 3–4 full life-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Business Central/NAV.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and implement SCM-related modules, including:

o Inventory Management o Warehouse Management o Production – MRP/MPS o Sales & Marketing o Purchase Management o Finance Management
- Work on end-to-end SCM implementation and provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Process

Documents (BPDs), user stories, process flows, and other functional documentation.
- Define test scenarios, perform functional testing, and support User Acceptance

Testing (UAT).
- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with third-party applications and platforms such as Power BI.
- Provide ongoing functional support and maintenance.
- Work with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support additional/add-on modules such as Quality Control, EXIM, Plant &

Maintenance, Returnable Gate Pass, etc., where applicable.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business

Central/NAV.




- Experience with 3–4 end-to-end/full life-cycle implementations.
- Solid expertise in SCM modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business

Central.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Purchase

Management.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics IT companies or as an ERP professional on the end-customer side.
- Strong requirement gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing,

and implementation experience.
- Ability to independently interact with clients and stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should preferably have

- B.Com / M.Com
- MBA – Operations / Supply Chain
- B.Tech – Production
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with API-driven platforms and integrations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Exposure to add-on modules such as Quality Control, EXIM, Plant &

Maintenance, and Returnable Gate Pass.
