Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to join the Post Production function at MSO. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Oracle, Excel proficiency, and extensive experience in Inventory Management, report generation and data analytics to support our operational and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management & Control:

- Manage the receipt and storage of Finished Products from Vendors, regional units, and other supply chain regions.
- Adherence to TAT (Turn around time) from the docket generation at vendor till SCN acknowledgement.
- Managing the Hallmarking Operation – Timely Distribution of goods for Hallmarking Operations and Monitoring the Hallmarking performance with daily coordination. Provide information on the priority of completion. Ensure the receipt of material as per the documentation and report for any deviation / discrepancy in receipt.
- Managing the distribution of stock for LGD operation through documentation and assigning the priority for completion. Monitor the performance and report for any deviation.
- Managing the Shift operations. Planning of work as per the load availability (especially during seasonal indent requirement – Sunday /Holiday Workings)
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking through systematic documentation and real-time updates.
- Implement controls to minimize aged inventory and optimize stock turnover.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the priority completion of requirements from Supply chain/vendor management / Merchandiser or cross functional team.

2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

- Ensure timely shipment of finished jewellery products for Hallmarking operations/ Rejection to vendors within the defined lead time.
- Adhere to on-time customer order dispatch schedules to maintain high service standards.
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring productive transportation and compliance with safety and security norms.

Coordination with Vendor coordinator / Hallmarking /Warehouse & logistic/ IT team /Quality Teams:

- Work closely with the Vendors Coordinators on Inventory available at vendor end and issues relating to deviation in the receipt process.
- Coordinate with vendors on any deviation in the dispatch process.
- Coordinate with IT team on resolving the day-to-day issues relating to Inwarding operations.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team on acknowledging the Inventory handed over.
- Coordinate with the LGD team on Timely completion of LGD process and monitor the Flow of Inventory. Informing on the priority for completion.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed MIS reports for inventory, dispatch, logistics performance, Hallmarking / Quality and supply chain activities.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols for handling precious metals and jewellery.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Work Experience Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- Experience in Inventory management, preferably in the jewellery or precious metals industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and logistics management.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of security and compliance regulations for handling high-value items.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques would be an added advantage.
