Lab Assistant / Lab Attendant

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain school science laboratories and ensure that all equipment, instruments, chemicals and laboratory materials are properly arranged and maintained.
- Assist teachers and students in conducting Physics, Chemistry and Biology practicals as required.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, apparatus, specimens and materials before practical classes.
- Maintain proper stock registers, issue records, equipment records and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure secure handling, storage and disposal of laboratory chemicals and materials in accordance with school safety procedures.
- Check laboratory equipment periodically and report any damage, shortage or maintenance requirement.
- Support the school in maintaining CBSE-required laboratory records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining computer-based records, reports, data entry and office documentation.
- Support routine administrative and computer-related work of the school whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline within the laboratories.
- Coordinate with teachers and the school administration for smooth functioning of laboratory activities.
- Perform other laboratory and school-support duties assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. in Science with PCM or PCB.
- Experience: Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a school laboratory, preferably a CBSE school, or an industrial/institutional laboratory.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office, data entry and documentation is essential.
- Should be capable of handling both laboratory responsibilities and office/computer-related work.
- Sound knowledge of laboratory equipment, basic safety procedures and laboratory maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with teachers, students and administrative staff.
- Should be responsible, organised, disciplined and capable of maintaining accurate records.




- Candidates who demonstrate a dual capability in laboratory operations and administrative/computer work will be given preference.

Mother Teacher Bal Vatika 1 Role & responsibilities

- Create a warm, safe and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for Bal Vatika 1 focusing on foundational learning and overall development.
- Develop children's communication, social, emotional, motor and cognitive skills through play-based and activity-based learning.
- Conduct activities involving rhymes, stories, art & craft, music, movement and basic concepts of numbers, shapes, colours and language.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene and well-being of all children during school hours.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child's progress, behaviour and development.
- Maintain basic classroom records, student observations and developmental records.
- Encourage good habits, discipline, sharing, cleanliness and positive social behaviour.
- Work closely with other teachers and the school administration to ensure smooth functioning of the pre-primary section.
- Participate in school events, celebrations and co-curricular activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation with NTT / NTT equivalent / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education preferred.
- Prior experience as a Mother Teacher / Pre-Primary Teacher / Nursery Teacher will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will have an added advantage.
- Should have a genuine interest in working with young children and understanding of early childhood education.
- Good communication skills with a pleasant, caring and patient personality.
- Creative, energetic and capable of conducting activity-based and play-way learning.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and school-related documentation.
- Should be well groomed,



disciplined, responsible and comfortable interacting with parents.

PRT Mathematics, Science and Hindi Role & responsibilities

- Teach PRT subject at the Primary level in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school academic plan.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and activity-based Mathematics lessons.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and logical thinking,
- Use appropriate teaching aids, activities, worksheets and technology to make subject interesting and effective.
- Assess student learning through classwork, homework, tests, projects and other appropriate assessment methods.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial and individual attention.
- Maintain lesson plans, student records, assessment records and other academic documentation.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and areas requiring improvement.
- Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, examinations and other academic responsibilities.
- Follow CBSE guidelines and school policies related to teaching, assessment and student development.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation with B.Ed./CTET (must or able to complet) and preferably a Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant subject.
- Experience: Relevant teaching experience at the Primary level preferred.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will be given preference.
- Strong command of concepts and primary-level pedagogy.
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to explain subject concepts clearly to young learners.
- Knowledge of activity-based, experiential and child-centred teaching methodologies.
- Basic to good computer skills and ability to use smart classroom / digital teaching tools.
- Should be enthusiastic, patient, creative and capable of maintaining effective classroom discipline.
- Candidates who demonstrate strong academic, communication and classroom-management skills will be preferred.
