Key Responsibilities

- Conduct career counselling sessions for school students.
- Guide students on career options, courses, colleges, and entrance examinations.
- Understand students' interests, strengths, aptitude, and career aspirations.
- Conduct career guidance workshops and awareness sessions.
- Interact professionally with students, parents, and school representatives.
- Maintain counselling records and provide session feedback/reports.
- Stay updated with emerging career opportunities and higher education options.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology,



Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in career counselling or school counselling preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with school students.
- Good knowledge of higher education and career pathways.
