Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One qualified with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Unicommerce integration. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day ERP operations, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating with business users and vendors, and ensuring seamless data flow between SAP B1, Unicommerce, WMS, and e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day SAP Business One operations and provide user support
- across all departments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP B1 and Unicommerce integration issues.
- Ensure smooth synchronization of Sales Orders, Returns, Inventory, Customers,
- and Master Data between SAP B1 and Unicommerce.
- Coordinate with WMS, Marketplace, and Logistics teams to resolve order and
- inventory-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for integration failures and work with
- middleware/development teams for resolution.
- Monitor interface logs and identify failed transactions.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation partners and third-party vendors for issue
- resolution and enhancements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP Business One.
- Create and modify SAP queries, Crystal Reports, and dashboards as per
- business requirements.
- Manage User Master, Authorizations, Approval Procedures, and Document
- Numbering.
- Perform data validation, data uploads, and master data maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of user within defined SLAs.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and User Acceptance Testing




- (UAT) documents.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals/SOPs.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production
- teams for process improvements.
- Monitor ERP system health and recommend performance improvements.
- Support backup verification, audit requirements, and ERP documentation.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
- a related field.
- SAP Business One certification will be an added advantage

Desired Skills:

- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
- Strong working knowledge of Unicommerce OMS.
- Experience in SAP B1 integration with: Unicommerce, WMS
- E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Healthkart etc.)
- Quick Commerce marketplaces (Cred, Blinkit Zepto etc)
- Courier aggregators
- Good understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, and Production
- modules.
- Knowledge of JSON and SAP B1 Query Generator.
- Experience in Crystal Reports will be an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze integration logs and resolve data synchronization issues.
- Knowledge of middleware/API integration concepts.
- Experience in handling ERP support and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP HANA environment.
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
- Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or E-commerce industry.
- Understanding of inventory reconciliation and order lifecycle.
