Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP WM Functional Consultant & SAP EWM with 3 to 7 years of experience to manage and optimize our warehouse logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and integration of both SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Warehouse Management (WM) systems, assisting in seamless warehouse execution, migrations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations & Configuration: Configure and maintain core SAP EWM and SAP WM modules, including Warehouse Structure, Storage Types, Storage Bins, Activity Areas, and Control Indicators.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage physical and logical warehouse processes including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Putaway strategies, Picking strategies, Replenishment, and Physical Inventory.
- Migration & Integration: Support ongoing warehouse management processes while assisting in dual-system support, integration, or transition projects from legacy SAP WM to SAP EWM (including S/4HANA EWM setups).
- RF & Automation: Configure and support the RF Framework (Radio Frequency devices), barcode scanning, and Warehouse Monitor functionalities for operational execution.
- Cross-Module Integration:



Ensure tight integration of WM/EWM modules with SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP technical developments, write test scripts, and lead Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP EWM and SAP WM implementation, rollouts, or support projects.

- Core Expertise:
- Mandatory hands-on knowledge of classic SAP WM setup (Storage Types, Bins, Transfer Requirement/Transfer Order logic).
- Functional experience in SAP EWM (Inbound/Outbound processing, Warehouse Tasks/Orders, Warehouse Monitor).
- RF & Mobile Processing: Working knowledge of RF Framework, screen configurations, and mobile data entry in warehouse operations.
- S/4HANA Exposure: Experience with Decentralized EWM or Embedded EWM on S/4HANA is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP EWM or SAP WM Certification.
- Experience in handling stock migration projects from SAP WM to SAP EWM.
