Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VIM / OpenText Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText, particularly in AMS and production support environments.

Key Responsibilities

- AMS / Production Support

- Monitor and support the complete invoice lifecycle in VIM, including:
- Invoice Capture / Inbound
- Invoice Registration
- OCR / Data Extraction
- Invoice Validation
- Exception Handling
- Invoice Approval

2. VIM Functional Support
- Provide functional expertise across OpenText VIM processes and configurations.
- Strong understanding of VIM invoice processing scenarios, including:
- DP / Direct Procurement
- Invoice Processing
- Non-PO Invoices
- Credit Memo
- Down Payment

Workflow & Approval Support
- Incident & Problem Management

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in SAP VIM / OpenText VIM Functional Consulting.
- Strong experience in VIM AMS / Production Support.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end VIM invoice lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Invoice Capture
- OCR / Data Extraction
- Invoice Registration
- Validation
- Exception Handling
- Approval Processing
- Solid understanding of DP, Invoice Processing, Non-PO, Credit Memo, and Down Payment scenarios.
