Role & responsibilities

- Strategic ownership of the design, development, enhancement and performance optimization of sophisticated Virtual Data Models (CDS Views) in the S/4HANA setting

- Technical/functional leadership for complex analytical models and performance analyses, particularly for the FI/CO, MM, PM, PP and SD modules

- Planning and governance of authorization concepts for VDMs (Access Controls)

- Architecture, design and review of BPC Embedded applications (including aggregation levels, characteristic derivations, and data slices)

- Optimization and automation of advanced query designs and AfO (Analysis for Office) workbooks, including VBA scripting at expert level

- Leadership and mentoring in the ABAP area, especially for developments such as F4 help (search helps) and validation rules





- Interface role with adjacent business departments consulting and concept development for innovative reporting solutions

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP development and architecture (in particular S/4HANA, VDM/CDS, BPC Embedded, ABAP)

- Strong module knowledge in FI/CO, MM, PM, PP, SD

- Excellent knowledge of data modeling, performance optimization and Access Controls

- Expert in Analysis for Office and VBA

- Experience leading (sub-)projects and providing technical/functional leadership to teams

- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a passion for innovation
