Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency )

Must-Have

- Lead and support SAP TM implementations (S/4HANA TM or SAP TM) from blueprint to go-live and hypercare
- Design TM organizational structure and master data: locations, transportation zones, business partners, product, equipment, resources, and calendars
- Configure freight order management: order types, TOR categories, stages, stops, charge calculation bases, and execution settings
- Set up planning and optimization: planning profiles, strategies, constraints, carrier selection, route determination, and VSR/optimizer integration (as applicable)
- Work with integration teams on TM interfaces (CIF/IDoc/API) with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/LE/EWM), GTS, and external carrier systems
- Configure carrier collaboration: tendering (direct/spot), booking, confirmations, and status updates
- Support forms/outputs, Fiori apps, and enhancements/user exits in collaboration with ABAP/technical teams




- Lead unit testing, support SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and defect triage/resolution
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and training/support materials

- Experience with SAP EWM integration

Lead end to end Workstream

Drive requirement workshops, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for TM processes

Own configuration, functional specs, testing cycles, and cutover activities; ensure quality deliverables and timelines

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD/MM/EWM/FI, integration, and ABAP) to deliver end-to-end logistics scenarios
