- Location: Bangalore
- Work mode: Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise application initiatives.
- Manage projects across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, and Finance & Supply Chain applications.
- Drive SAP CPI, PI/PO, integration, migration, and modernisation initiatives.
- Manage the complete delivery lifecycle including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, developers, business analysts, and testers.
- Manage delivery governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery practices.
- Support incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Ensure application stability, service continuity, security, and compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement,



automation, and modernisation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in SAP Delivery / Program / Project Management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
- Strong exposure to SAP CPI / Cloud Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.
- Experience delivering solutions across Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance.
- Robust stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Knowledge of incident, change, and release management.

Good to Have

- SAP PI/PO to CPI migration experience.
- SAP Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, or BlackLine exposure.
- Cloud Integration and API Management.
- Power BI, AI, Copilot, or automation initiatives.
- SAFe, Agile, ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications.
