: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM & Compensation Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) and Compensation Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation modules, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Compensation modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Design and configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration settings, compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and templates.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand HR processes and business needs.
- Perform end-to-end system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Configure role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, and MDF objects.
- Support compensation planning cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, and variable pay processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Employee Central, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
- Prepare functional documentation,



configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on expertise in PMGM and Compensation .
- Experience in at least one full-life cycle SuccessFactors implementation project.
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Planning, and Variable Pay concepts.
- Experience with Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and workflows.
- Understanding of Employee Central integration with PMGM and Compensation modules.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors provisioning activities and release management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and/or Compensation Certification.
- Experience in global HR transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Calibration, Variable Pay, and Succession modules is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
