Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM / Data Migration Consultant with TIK Nexus experience to support a global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data migration program.

The consultant will be responsible for configuring and utilizing TIK Nexus for data migration activities, supporting end-to-end migration execution, historical data migration, payroll-related data migration, and knowledge transfer to the internal migration team.

The ideal candidate should have strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data migration experience combined with hands-on experience with TIK Nexus.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and validate the TIK Nexus tool within project environments.

Execute end-to-end data migrations for in-scope Employee Central objects, including: Address, Bank Data, Contract Type, Contract End Date, Personal Email, Garden Leave Start Date, Employment Details at Term

Support migration of payroll-relevant data from SAP ECC On-Premise to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Support data migration activities involving third-party systems where required.

Support the execution of historical data migration strategies.

Execute and support migration activities across: Iteration 2, SIT, UAT, Cutover

Configure and validate migration processes using TIK Nexus.





Identify and resolve migration issues, errors, and data quality problems.

Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) and enablement sessions for the internal data migration team.

Work closely with the Data Migration Stream Lead.

Track migration progress, blockers, dependencies, and required gate sign-offs.

Leverage TIK Nexus capabilities to reduce manual migration effort.

Support the reduction/descope of manual Data Migration Load Team activities.

Document migration execution steps, best practices, and lessons learned.

Develop reusable migration processes for subsequent global waves.

Support the project team during critical migration and cutover activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors data migration.

Hands-on experience with TIK Nexus.

Experience configuring and executing migrations using TIK Nexus.

Strong understanding of Employee Central data structures and migration objects.

Experience with SAP ECC / SAP SuccessFactors integration and data migration.

Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) migration is highly desirable.

Experience with historical data migration.

Strong understanding of migration testing and cutover processes.

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and Cutover.

Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Ability to conduct technical knowledge-transfer sessions.

Strong documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
