- Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Compensation
- Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module ( At least 1 implementation project and 1 support project) Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Able to support Annual compensation cycle including enhancements.
- Good to have Experience in custom compensation statements.
- Positive understanding of other SF Modules.
- Sap success factor compensation certified
