We’re Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join our team in a client-facing consulting role. You will work across implementation, configuration, integration, rollout, and post-production support engagements for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Participate in the complete delivery lifecycle: solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, rollout, and production support.
- Work closely with client HR teams, business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Analyse and resolve complex functional and techno-functional issues.
- Manage production support tickets and client queries within agreed timelines.
- Support test planning, execution, defect resolution, and business validation.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation where required.




- Contribute to release management and successful project delivery.
- Work across Agile implementation, application support, and deployment models.
- Learn and support additional SAP SuccessFactors and HCM modules as business needs evolve.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
- Strong implementation and configuration experience.
- Good techno-functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Solid understanding of business analysis, process design, testing, solution design, deployment, and release management.
- Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience working across multiple industries or consulting environments.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one relevant module is mandatory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
